The story behind AI generated “ Perfect Valentine”

Plunging into the idea of “what is seen is sold”, Bharat Matrimony has churned out a new AI generated Instagram personality made to destabilise the idea of being too perfect. 

The AI valentine was named Aaditya Iyer (AI). His words & thoughts were generated by the tool ChatGPT; while his face, image & his world was created using Midjourney, an AI research lab that produces AI programs. 

To kick off the campaign, Aaditya Iyer was launched on Instagram, where he started posting pictures and sharing his thoughts which quickly became phenomenal and gained more than 10K followers in a span of three days.

He started celebrating valentine week and announced his intention to find a valentine, creating a widespread buzz and excitement on social media. However, on Valentine’s Day, it was revealed that Aaditya Iyer, was not real, but a campaign setup to showcase the importance of connecting with real people, embracing imperfections and that perfect people are only software made.
